This program could be configured for annual, semi-annual and quarterly, all depending on the customer's needs and machine usage.
This program allows customers to plan maintenance according to their schedules before an unexpected failure occurs.
This program minimizes equipment failure and unexpected downtime.
This program helps customers monitor equipment that is starting to have problems and can be recalled and repaired at the customer's convenience before catastrophic failure occurs.

ECUASIMOMOTOR S.A. will provide the following services in this program:

Motor Winding Tests (Megger, Hi-pot, Resistance and Surge Test)
Vibration analysis (on-site balancing and alignments if necessary)
Visual inspections of motor condition (contamination, insulation condition)
DC motor inspections and brush replacement
Infrared thermography
On-site repairs if possible
Test and inspection reports will be provided after each inspection.

Electric Motor Repair Services

ECUASIMOMOTOR S.A. has the capability to test LV, HV and submersible motors at customer's facilities for overhauls and repairs of electric motors and alternators. We have experience in repair and rewinding capacity of electric motors up to 12.8kV and 10 MW.
